Our team is a passionate group of individuals who realised that acting now could positively change the outcome of the survival of the New Zealand kārearea falcon.

These individuals work tirelessly to restore, educate, and advocate with a vision for the kārearea falcon to thrive again.

Volunteers

Our Volunteers have always been the backbone of the organisation, comprising people of all ages and backgrounds. Some have been with us for months, while others have volunteered faithfully for years! We are so very grateful to all that have helped.

Our volunteers work with staff in various roles, from the day-to-day care of the kārearea falcons and our facilities, conservation projects, fundraising and advocacy.
